The hotel had a convenient location, with great amenities during the day, although a bit concerning after dark. The room was comfortable and clean, equipped with a useful desk. The service was exceptional, especially with Jeff, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. The dining options were overpriced, disappointing, and unappealing, but there were positive logistics for early flights. Overall, a satisfactory experience with a few drawbacks.

Our stay at the hotel was quite interesting with some ups and downs. The rooms were nice and clean, perfect for gathering, but being off a courtyard where hundreds of people in furry costumes screamed and danced to music all night was a bit disruptive. The service was very helpful and friendly, especially in the pool area and outside the doors. The location was excellent for us, although a bit suspect after dark. The dining experience was not free with our deal, which was a letdown. The facilities were adequate, offering dry cleaning and laundry services.
